Chest to hip anatomy on MRI

On T1-weighted, T2-weighted, and Dixon MRI, MRSegmentator segments 40 structures from the chest to the hips: organs, large vessels, the spine, hip bones, femurs, and the back and hip muscles, with kidneys, lungs, iliac vessels, and muscles split by side. Large cohort studies use it to compare organ volumes, build reference values, and pool measurements across sequences and scanners.

Find answers to research questions like: How do liver, spleen, and kidney volumes vary with age and sex across a large cohort? Which organ volumes change most between repeat visits? Do volumes from different sequences agree well enough to pool?
