Refined vertebrae segmentation on CT
Two models run for this TotalSegmentator vertebrae segmentation on CT: the first names the vertebral bodies one by one, C1 through L5, and the second sharpens the borders. It takes longer than the unrefined vertebrae AI task, and the sharper outlines suit studies of vertebral size and shape. On PET or SPECT, a normal vertebral body can serve as a reference region for the rest of the spine.
Find answers to research questions like: How much does the height of each vertebral body change between two scans? How does uptake in the same vertebral body change between scan dates? How does vertebral size change from the neck to the lower back?
Run it online in your browser, with no coding.
