Nalvera iSeg
Nalvera iSeg is an in-house interactive segmentation model. Load a scan in the Interactive Studio, left-click to include and right-click to exclude, and the model refines the 3D contour live — then correct it with circle / smart / smart-3D brushes. Runs on managed, EU-hosted GPUs with no local setup, and saves results to My Results.

Description
Click-based interactive 3D segmentation. You guide the model with inclusion/exclusion clicks per structure and it returns a refined mask in real time, which you can correct with brush tools — a faster path than fully manual contouring when a one-shot batch model isn't available or needs refinement.
Interaction
Left-click to include · right-click to exclude · smart-brush correction (circle / smart / smart-3D).
Intended use
Research segmentation and correction of user-defined structures (organs, lesions, …). NOT for primary diagnosis or treatment planning.
Known limitations
Output quality depends on click placement and image contrast; ambiguous or low-contrast boundaries may need several clicks or manual brush correction.
