Nalvera iSeg is Nalvera’s in-house model for interactive CT and MRI segmentation. Define your own structures, guide their outlines with clicks, and refine them with editing tools in the browser.

Available task

Interactive segmentation

Create structures in the Studio using inclusion and exclusion clicks. Correct their boundaries with circle, smart, or smart-3D brushes.

Input
A CT or MRI scan, with clicks that guide each structure.
Output
User-defined segmentation masks (.nii.gz), saved to Results. You name and colour each structure.

Research details

Intended use
Research segmentation and correction of user-defined structures, including organs and lesions. Not for primary diagnosis or treatment planning.
Known limitations
Output quality depends on click placement and image contrast. Ambiguous or low-contrast boundaries may need several clicks or manual brush correction.
